Your privacy is very important to Money App. This Privacy Policy applies to all information we collect on our Website and Mobile App and through our Services from current and former Money App users, including you. The terms "Money App", "we", "us", or "our" refer to 39A LLC dba Money App, collectively with its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and assents. " You" or "your" means an individual who visits or uses Money App's website, available at www.money.xyz (the "Website"), or mobile application ("Mobile App"). "Services" means any products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions offered to you by Money App on the Website, Mobile App, or otherwise.

Throughout this Privacy Policy, we use the term " Personal Information" to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. Personal Information does not include information that has been aggregated and/or anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user.

By using, accessing, or submitting information through the Website, Mobile App, or Services, you acknowledge your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy, consent to such use, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

2. Kinds of Information We Collect

When you visit the Website or use our Mobile App or other Services, we may collect the information set forth below. If you do not agree to our collection of this information, you are not permitted to use our Website, Mobile App, or Services.

  • Account Information - If you sign up for a Money App account ("Money App Account"), we will collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
  • Financial Account Information - If you wish to connect a bank, brokerage, or other type of account that you hold with a financial institution ("Financial Account") to your Money App Account, we will collect certain information from you about your Financial Account, such as your online login credentials, for the purposes of providing the Services to you. If you give us access to your Financial Account credentials, you acknowledge and agree that we will have access to your transaction information, funds balances, and other information about you and your Financial Account that may be available through the online settings for your Financial Account or otherwise through the relevant financial institution or company. Money App may utilize one or more third-party service providers, such as Plaid, Yodlee, and Finicity, to retrieve information from your linked Financial Account.   • Device Information - We may collect information about your device, including, without limitation, Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, log information, error messages, device type, mobile phone carrier, web browser, and other device identifiers. For example, we may collect IP addresses from you as part of our sign in and security features.
  • Geolocation Information - When you use our Services, we may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location or by accessing your mobile device's GPS coordinates, or approximate location if you enable location services on your device. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you. If you do not want us to collect location information, you may disable that feature on your mobile device.

3. Information from Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. Contact us if you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected information from a child under the age of 13.

When you visit our Website or use our Mobile App or Services, we may use cookies and other tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies"). 5. Pixel Tags and Advertising

We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Access to the Service from countries or territories or by individuals where such access is illegal is prohibited.

As the Services evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy to the Website, and we will also revise the "last updated date" stated above. If we make material changes in the way we use personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Mobile App or Website or by sending you an e-mail. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy; users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy by using the Services after such changes have been first posted.
